A good example for other companies

The Governor of the Murmansk Region thanked Antey Group of Companies for its contribution to the development of the “Professionality” project

At the next government meeting, successful practices of interaction between large enterprises and educational institutions in the region were discussed. Deputy General Director of Antey North shared his experience of cooperation on the “Professionality” project.

“We want to revive the prestige and interest in maritime professions. For example, during excursions to ships or crab holding, we talk about the fishery, professions and, of course, the salaries that graduates of maritime specialties can receive. In practice, we outline a career path for them. We tell you why you need to get professions that will be in real demand, applicable and well paid,” said Ivan Tretyakov, Deputy General Director of Antey North

The program is designed for three years and during this time the quota for targeted training from the enterprise will be 622 contracts.
