In the north – develop!

A program for the development of innovative products and business has been launched at the Murmansk Arctic University. Opening of the first student accelerator in the region “Arctic. Superfood” brought together young entrepreneurs, students, food industry professionals and everyone interested in Arctic cuisine.

We became an industrial partner of the Accelerator and told participants about the innovative development of the Antey group  – the production of crab oil. It has no analogues in terms of beneficial properties: due to the high content of OMEGA 3 and OMEGA 6 fatty acids, as well as special alkyl-glycerol esters, which are not found in commercial fish oil, the oil can be used both in the production of dietary supplements and in cosmetology.

This is a completely new technology for both the Russian and global markets. And for participants of the Arctic accelerator – the opportunity to participate in the process of launching a unique product.
