Raise marine specialties

The third regional stage of the Professionals-2025 professional skills championship has ended. It brought together more than 300 students and schoolchildren from the Murmansk region. During the week, they demonstrated their skills in 58 specialties.

One of the main objectives of the competition is to raise the prestige of blue-collar jobs and resolve personnel issues in the region. Employees of the largest enterprises in the region participated in the championship as experts and mentors. For the second year, Antey Sever has been an industrial partner of the championship for students of the Murmansk Marine Fishing College. Every day, under the close attention of mentors, the cadets completed various tasks – they plotted ship routes, tied sea knots and repaired nets, solved problems related to the safety of navigation and shipping. The company awarded the most successful students with memorable gifts during the ceremony.
