Employees of the Antey Group took part in a project-analytical session for first-year students of the Advanced Engineering School, the Institute of Biotechnology, Bioengineering and Food Systems at FEFU.

One of the key events was the “Meeting with Interesting People”, which was held in the format of quick meetings. Every 15 minutes, a team of 8-10 first-year students interested in learning more about the company’s professional activities, projects and achievements sat down with company representatives.

Students were consulted on all issues by specialists from the HR and production departments.

“We told the students about the prospects of working at Antey. We want to involve students in the profession, motivate them for further study and internship at the company. Perhaps someone will want to write a thesis using our cooperation as an example. We are always ready to respond and support the growing generation of marine specialists,” said Anna Guseva, Deputy Head of the Production Department of the Antey Group of Companies.
