Together from the very beginning!

A meeting with 1st year cadets of maritime specialties was held at the Far Eastern Naval School.

We introduced the guys from the companies, talked about the specifics of the crab fishery, employment and, of course, career growth. With particular interest, the cadets asked about internships on ships, living conditions and voyage dates.

The event ended in a very unusual format for everyone. The guys wrote letters to their future selves: what they want to achieve while studying in college, what competencies to master, and much more! The cadets then put their messages into the “time capsule” and sealed it.
