The purpose of the meeting is to inform young professionals directly about the vacancies that exist on the company’s crew and to answer graduates’ questions about employment. The guys were interested in the duration of flights, working conditions, and wages.

Involvement of the generation, provision of qualified specialists and revival of the prestige of the seafaring profession are the main tasks for the company. Potential candidates have career opportunities from deckhand to captain.

“We wish the guys success in their final exams, calmly receive their working diplomas, and we will be glad to see them among the crew members of our company’s ships,” shared Varvara Osipova, Deputy Head of the Human Resources Department of the Antey Sever company.
