Project for production of biotechnological products

For several years, Antey has been carrying out research activities related to the development of experimental products from the crab liver and crab shell.

At the research and experimental base created by the company, biotechnology experts test ways to obtain three innovative products:

• Collagenase (group of enzymes) from crab liver
• Highly purified chitin from crab shell
• Omega fat from crab liver

Start of pilot production: 2023
